Suction technology is developed and mastered by ARTIART. The mug or the Bottle does not fall when hit accidentally but lifts up very easily. It ensures your and your valuables safety. The fake look alike don’t work and have nothing worth the money you spend.

3) Can I customize my mug with my Name or Logo?

Yes, You can customise you Mug with your name or Logo. Extra charges for customisation will have to be borne by the buyer. However we do not take any responsibility if customisation is not up to the buyer’s expectation, though all care would be taken to ensure best experience.

4) Query regarding B2B?

5) Are ARTIART products BPA Free?

BPA stands for Bisphenol A. It is an industrial chemical used to make certain kinds of plastic and resins. It could seep into food or beverages from containers that are made with this material, and have adverse effects on human health. All ARTIART products are BPA-free as safe-for-use. ARTIART uses the best in class material to ensure highest customer satisfaction & experience.

6) How do I clean my ARTIART products?

we recommend washing your bottle gently with water and soap after every use and drying and storing it with the top off. Do not scrub the bottle while washing it. Avoid submerging your bottle and cap in water for long periods of time as this will interfere with the vacuum seal.

7) Are ARTIART bottles/mugs leak proof?

Yes, Artiart products are 100% leakproof, so you don’t have to worry while you’re on the go. Just make sure that your lid is closed properly.

8) Are ARTIART bottles/mugs sweat proof?

Yes, Artiart products are sweat proof, the outside of its body will remain at room temperature, regardless of the temperature of its contents, whether it is icy cold or hot. So,  no need to worry about it sweating in your bag or in hands.
